Free, confidential support for teens and young adults (ages 13–26) with questions or concerns about dating, boundaries, and relationships. They also provide guidance for parents, friends, and caregivers who are worried about a young person.

A free, confidential peer-support service that offers one-to-one emotional support, mental health information, and referrals to local resources for teens, young adults, and families.

Anonymous, evidence-based information for teens
A long-running Q&A site from Columbia University that offers clear, non-judgmental answers on topics like mental health, substances, relationships, sex, identity, and general well-being. Useful for teens who prefer to read and explore privately.
These films are often helpful for sparking reflection or conversation. Not every movie will resonate with every teen, and that’s okay. Sometimes watching together matters more than discussing afterward.
